Herb-Crusted Salmon with Lemon-Dill Yogurt Sauce
Nutritious, and bursting with flavor — perfect for a light gourmet meal.

Ingredients (Serves 2):
For the Salmon:
• 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix herbs, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Press the herb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
6. Plate the salmon and drizzle with the lemon-dill sauce. Serve with roasted veggies or a quinoa salad for a complete meal.
Health Tip: Salmon is rich in omega-3s, and Greek yogurt adds protein and probiotics — making this dish as nourishing as it is fancy.
